WIRE ON TUBE STATIC CONDENSERS

ShengBang wire on tube steel static condensers are composed by serpentines with electric welded wires on both sides.

Products are fully compliant with all refrigerating gasses: R600a, R290, R134a, R404a, R407C, etc. Wire on tube static condensers are also compliant with R744 (CO2).

Wire on tube static condensers are more suitable, in terms of performances, in narrow chimneys, possibly closed on two sides and with 30 to 50 mm depth.

Thanks to the quality of materials employed, ShengBang wire on tube static condensers are suitable for all regions worldwide, including estreme tropical climate conditions.

FEATURES

• Maximum sizes: 1450 x 1150 mm (including terminations)

• Tubes: steel, 4,76 x 0,7 mm OD or galvanized steel Ø 6 x 0,7 mm

• Serpentine pitch 50 – 25 mm, mixed 50/25 mm

• Tube max. length: 23 meters.

• Wire height: 300 – 1,450 mm

• Wire: UNI 5598-71 grade 3 CD 5 steel, 1.2~1,4 mm OD, wire min. pitch 5 mm (parallel or staggered)

• Black cataphoresis paint

• Cleanness and internal humidity according to DIN 8964

• Resistence to saline mist as per ASTM 8117/ISO 9227 > 48 h

• Tube ends (30 mm length) not painted to allow braze welding
